UCF Market Day
Hey Orlando! It's Brandy, here to fill you in on today's Shock Squad events :) Kim, Kasey, Jordana and I had a table outside the Student Union at UCF for Market Day. It was so busy! Not only did I have a chance to vote for SGA President (Eggnatz....he gave me free Jeremiah's Italian Ice, I couldn't say no to that!) but I was able to buy a sweet skirt made out of a pillowcase! Proceeds go to help "Don't Skirt the Issue", a sexual violence awareness campaign. It was only $15, so I figured my cheap ass could afford that ;) If you're interested in purchasing such a skirt (Super ugly pillowcase, but super cute as a skirt!) they'll be there next Wednesday, or you can visit their website at www.dontSKIRTtheissue.com A bunch of the apartment complexes had representatives out, Jefferson Lofts, Science Drive, etc....so don't be surprised if you see a few Shock Squad members sporting free t-shirts, oh and free Hurley scarves from Inland Ocean!
